What does the 2-week program look like?
Four 1:1 sessions with Dr. Humera, one full mock interview in the War Room, and six months of post-program support.
Before we start - Diagnostic intake
You complete a short written intake: target roles, target companies, recent interview pain, biggest blockers. Humera reviews it and tailors your first session.
Session 1 - Your Why and Your Story (1:1)
Build the core narrative arc: who you are, what you bring, what you want. Sharpen your "Tell me about yourself." Select the 2-3 projects that will carry every interview.
Session 2 - Technical Calibration (1:1)
Diagnose your weakest area from the intake. Drill SQL, statistics, ML core, or system design until you can answer at conversational depth - not from memory.
Session 3 - Pitch and Presence (1:1)
Translate your technical work into business impact. Voice, pace, recovery, eye contact. Handle pushback without flinching. Walk in sounding like the senior version of yourself.
War Room - Live Mock Interview
Your full mock interview with Humera. Behavioural, ML/DS system design, real-time feedback. The closest thing to the real interview, before the real interview.
Session 4 - Closing the Deal (1:1)
Final mock review. Salary negotiation scripts. Final polish on your story. A personalised roadmap for the interviews on your calendar.
After Week 2 - 6 months of post-program support
Direct support from Humera, plus continued access to all your material and the full asset library. So you finish the job hunt, not just the program.
